We are bringing the HAUS to elementalLONDON
At this year’s elementalLONDON (19–20 November), Natural Building Systems and IF_DO will unveil HAUS — a full-scale installation that reimagines how sustainable homes can be built: beautiful, affordable, and made from materials that give back more than they take.
Set within elementalLONDON, HAUS demonstrates how the future of housing is already within reach — where design, data, and natural materials combine to deliver high-performance homes that are healthy, low-carbon, and ready to scale.
A new model for Naturally Better Homes
Built using the ADEPT® modular system, HAUS illustrates how regenerative materials such as hemp, timber, and wood-fibre can lock carbon into the structure of a building while creating breathable, comfortable, and long-lasting spaces.
Designed by IF_DO, the prototype highlights the adaptability of the ADEPT® system, with a variety of internal and external finishes showing how sustainable construction can respond to different architectural contexts and community needs.
After elementalLONDON, HAUS will appear once more at InstallerSHOW in June 2026, before beginning its next life as a teaching space at the University of Suffolk, where it will become a living case study for sustainable housing and material performance.
It’s both a prototype and a proof-point: that Naturally Better Homes can be delivered now, at scale.
We are honoured to work with a fantastic range of suppliers and partners who have supported the creation of HAUS — each bringing products, expertise, innovation, and a shared commitment to building a lower-carbon future. Our partners for this show include;
Fronius UK Ltd – high-efficiency solar inverters enabling reliable renewable generation.
Don & Low – advanced breather membranes manufactured in the UK for durable, moisture-safe envelopes.
Triton Showers – the UK’s trusted name in energy-efficient shower systems.
Sensio – creators of human-centred LED lighting that enhances comfort and efficiency.
NIBE – leading heat-pump technology for low-carbon heating and hot water.
SONAS Bathrooms – elegant, durable bathroom sanitaryware for modern homes. Parkside Architectural Tiles – design-led tile collections for sustainable, adaptable finishes.
EcoDuct – UK-made pre-insulated ductwork for lightweight, high-efficiency ventilation.
OneClick LCA – world-leading life-cycle-assessment and EPD software supporting carbon transparency and analytics.
K&T Electromech - building services firm specialising in mechanical and electrical design, consultancy and installation.
IF_DO - an architecture practice dedicated to creating projects with a positive impact on users, the environment and the surrounding community.
Price&Myers - a civil and structural engineering practice delivering excellent buildings across an unusually broad range of types and scales.
Together, we are demonstrating how collaboration across the supply chain — from material innovators to digital pioneers — is key to making sustainable construction real.
Across two days, we will host a series of sessions exploring how collaboration, policy, and data are reshaping how we design and deliver homes.
Main Stage: An introduction to the HAUS
Wednesday 19 November | 16:15
Join Chloe Donovan, Managing Director, Natural Building Systems; Al Scott, Director, IF_DO; and Sam Boswell, Business Development Manager, One Click LCA, as they discuss how data, design, and digital manufacturing are driving a new era of sustainable housing and what collaboration really means in practice.Workshop: Your EPD is More Than a PDF
Wednesday 19 November | 14:30
Hosted by One Click LCA inside the HAUS, this session explores how manufacturers can turn compliance into commercial advantage.Workshop: ADEPT HAUS – Mapping the Future
Thursday 20 November | 14:30
A collaborative forum hosted by Natural Building Systems inside the HAUS, mapping future innovations, partnerships, and pilot opportunities to scale regenerative housing.
HAUS is designed to be both inspiration and an invitation — proof that when great design meets natural materials and digital precision, we can create homes that are kinder to build and better to live in.
Come and see HAUS for yourself at elementalLONDON hosted at the excel venue, meet the team behind ADEPT® and be part of the conversation shaping the future of housing.
